One of ARU’s six key strategic focus areas is – “Win in high-performance”.

A key element within ARU’s high-performance strategy is to ensure ARU continues to invest in sourcing the best resources, including coaches to drive a successful NPC team.

As the incumbent ARU NPC Head Coach, Nick White’s fixed term contract concludes at the completion of this NPC season.

Aligning with our high-performance strategy, ARU will be conducting an open recruitment process to ensure the best Head Coach is in place to lead ARU’s NPC programme.
