This weekend marks the conclusion of school-boy rugby in Auckland, with 19 grade finals and three Blues play-off matches.
After a thrilling 1st XV finals win at Eden Park last weekend, Mount Albert Grammar host Westlake Boy’s High School tomorrow. The winner will advance as the Blues representative at the National Top Four.
Mount Albert Grammar will be confident, with the return of centre Caleb Clarke who missed last week’s final, and knowing that an Auckland school has never lost this play off match.
Isaiah Papalii was immense in the Eden Park match and along with Paul Roache and John Latu will be key players tomorrow.

Aorere College are once again the Auckland Co-ed representative and will tomorrow host Massey High School, in a match that will be televised live on SKY.
Aorere advanced to the Co-ed champs last year and if they are to again they will have to overturn Massey, who they lost to in the pre-season. Their key player is Blues Schools representative Penisoni Fineanganofo.

Southern Cross will be hoping to head to the National School-girls champs for the third year in a row. The host Kaipara College this evening and will have to be on form to beat the highly fancied Kaipara team.

Marist Rugby Club plays host to 19 grade finals tomorrow morning. The secondary schools finals day is always a highlight on the calendar and promises plenty of excitement.
he first match kicks off at 9.15am, with six grades in action and 17 Auckland schools (plus two schools in from the wider-Auckland grade). Auckland Grammar have the biggest representation with seven teams vying for titles, Sacred Heart just behind them with six.
